Rina is a Los Angeles native, former athlete, recovering perfectionist, and lifelong student. She came to teaching later in life, following a successful career that left her seeking deeper fulfillment. Her classes draw from life’s lessons and ancient wisdom, blending grounded practice with modern insight. Rina’s teaching style continues to evolve, shaped by the stories she’s living, the students she observes, the lineages she studies, and the steady pull of something greater.

Stephanie @stephhhlopez_ began practicing yoga during the pandemic as a gentle escape
from the whirlwind of healthcare life. What started as an outlet to
breathe and reset quickly grew into a love for intentional movement,
mindful awareness, and a connection to breath.

She completed her 200-hour yoga certification in 2023 under the
guidance of Kaleena and continues to learn and deepen her practice
daily. She is trained in a variety of modalities, including vinyasa,
sculpt, yin, myofascial release, and restorative yoga. Each class
offers its own unique magic that she can’t wait to share with
students.

Her classes are playful, empowering, and rooted in the belief that yoga
should feel good- inviting students to move intuitively, reconnect
with their bodies, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed,

Outside of the studio, Stephanie enjoys snowboarding, hanging out with
her dogs, and getting lost in a good book.

With a passion for integrating yoga and nature, Alia creates nurturing spaces where students can find rejuvenation and connection. She brings a commitment to compassion and authenticity to every class.
